Generational Panel: Race Across Generations

Dialogue that includes the voices of both young and old is integral to building cultural bridges. Join The 821 Project for an informative speaker’s panel on the intergenerational impact of racism on our community. Speakers ranging from elders to teenagers will share their knowledge and experiences dealing with the realities of racism and how the past compares to the present

“Generational Panel: Race Across Generations” will take place on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at the Scotlandville Branch Library. The event will include a panel reception at 2:30 PM with the event starting promptly at 3:00 PM. We encourage everyone to attend this free event.
