As 2020 comes to a close, we are left with three dominating themes: isolation, revelation and polarization. This year, the world experienced a global pandemic that fundamentally altered our lives, a global movement against racism marked by large protests across the world during the summer, a terrible, record breaking hurricane season, and a presidential election that revealed the strength of America’s diversity in the voting booth, and a country deeply polarized and divided. As we look towards 2021, the lessons of 2020 cannot be forgotten.

This Tea and Truth virtual dialogue will focus on ways we can use our observations and experiences from this year to create a roadmap for transformative change, whether it is in our own social circles or within the organizations that we support and work with.
